Andy

Andy In 2009, Andy had a sudden urge to have a go at dancing, and after finding an advert for Salsa Bristol, which was just down the road from him, he went along to check it out.

Before he knew it, he started lending a hand and soon became one of the team. Over time, his responsibilities increased to where he was helping to run Salsa Bristol. Andy is now the longest-serving team member of Salsa Bristol.

You will often find him behind the desk at South Bristol and at our various events, where you may also see him wielding a camera, taking the photos that end up on the Salsa Bristol website and Facebook.

His other duties include keeping the website up to date and setting up at South Bristol and events.

More recently, he has been assisting with instructing students and even stepping in to take the classes on the odd occasion when our head teacher cannot.

Andy also DJs, specialising in Latin (Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba) music, and has DJ'd at Latin events in Bristol city centre and our Latin party nights.
