Frank Santos
Frank Santos is without doubt one of the hottest new talents
on the UK and international salsa scenes. Frank is
originally from the Dominican Republic (Home of Bachata) but
grew up in Italy where he started to develop his talent with
dance.
Frank starting dancing salsa in 2001 and has studied various
styles including Puerto Rican, New York, LA and Cuban. His
background is in hip hop, merengue and bachata. He has made
appearances both on stage and on television in the UK and
Europe. He currently dances with London's famous “Leon Rose
Project”. Achievements to date include winning the UISP
Italian championship for Cuban and New York style in 2003,
appearing on the BBC's “Strictly come dance fever”,
appearing in Iris de Britos' “El Barrio” musical and working
on the Havana club tour.
Frank is renowned for his dynamic and creative teaching
style and incorporates this seamlessly whether he is
teaching ON1, ON2, partner work, styling, shines or of
course what he is most famous for – Bachata. After attending
one of Frank's classes you will realise the drive,
commitment and enthusiasm he brings to any arena.
Natalie Baltao
Natalie has a Filipino/English and Spanish background and
has only been dancing salsa since 2005, but like Frank, she
has made a large impact on the world of salsa.
She has had lessons, taken lessons and performed all over
the UK and throughout Europe with Frank with their workshop
and amazing show.
Natalie is known for her grace and perfection whether
teaching or dancing and this can clearly be seen in their
videos - Just watch her styling!
Natalie is also a member of the all girl dance troupe
“Duende” which is directed by Andrea Stewart.
