(£6 per class or £61 for two simultaneous courses)
Time 8.30-9.30pm.
This includes a 45min lesson and 15mins freestyle.

The full cost of this course is £45 and places are only secured once all monies are paid, this can be done in a number of ways; by sending a cheque, at the venue one night or by paying on-line.

This eight week course is designed to compliment the beginners course and by now you will have a basic understanding of salsa moves and the music. You will also have started to develop your own unique style. The focus is on expanding your repertoire and the necessary techniques needed to become a good 'leader' or 'follower'. We look at what skills you have developed and what areas may need more attention.

The warm ups remain simple but they do include more intricate footwork, focus on body posture, timing, balance and making your movements smoother. Ladies begin to learn arm styling and are taught when and where to use, as important, when not to use it!

Over the eight weeks you will learn some of the more common turn patterns and routines, these build upon each other and therefore allow you to spend even more time on the dance floor.
