'Lets Party'

Prince Tevin has a reputation that is growing across the UK and Europe as one of the foremost teachers of the new Latin dance Kizomba.

Tonight we have a 'taster' Kizomba lessons for the first time at one of our party nights. If you like the lesson and want more, Tevin will take a second and more advance lesson straight afterwards. If not he will take an improvers/intemediate Salsa class. This is the first time we have used this format but think you might enjoy Kizomba so much that you will want two classes. The fairest way will be by a show of hands on the night!

Teaching the beginner's tonight are Wayne & Aga and the beautiful Natalie Ward.

Wayne and Aga will take a beginners Cross Body lesson that will be fun and upbeat and include plenty of ladies styling, whilst Natalie will take a beginners Cuban lesson thus giving you the best of both worlds! These are two very different styles so if you are new to Salsa or have not tried one or the other style, now's your chance!

Later, Natalie will be taking a reggaeton class in the form of animation (she shows, you follow) in the Somerdale room and everyone is welcome to come and join in. Natalie is renowned for her body isolation and her classes are always fun and full of contortion! Do not miss one, even if it's just to watch!

 

70's/80's Disco

As always we have the two dance rooms tonight so we are going to do something a little different. After all it's my birthday so I can indulge a little!

Around 10.45pm we are going to turn the smaller somerdale room into a 70's/80's disco. Come and strut your stuff, throw down some moves and boogie like its 1999! well 1970 or 1980 really.

If you have a favourite track from, 'back in the day' email it to us and we will endeavour to play it on the night.

Don't blame us if tomorrow the kid's are embarrassed by mum and dad boogieing down the isles of your local super market or you are wearing platform shoes and baggies! (does anybody else remember Baggies?).

Not only do we have the friendliest of atmospheres but your tables will be loaded with chocolate and all the other facilities will be on offer.

Your DJ and host for the night in the main Carter room is Tiny Tim and no doubt he will be playing all your favourite Latin tunes keeping the dance floor pack until closing time.
