Bristol's Premiere Salsa and Latin Dance School

If this is you then come and join one of our beginner's Salsa courses. We have the friendliest classes, the best teachers and a great venue! A full 8 week course will cost you just £45 or if you want to learn the 'Lead' steps, there is a 50% discount.

Also available on Thursdays are 4 other levels of Salsa that are ran as 8 week courses/classes. Each course builds in difficulty in both technique and routine. If you find you have holes in your learning then come along and try one of these.

Every month we have people attend who have never danced before and therefore we offer two beginners lessons as well as lessons for the more experienced dancers. As well as offering a night of music and dance we often we have shows but as each party is different you need to check just what is going on! Don't be daunted about dancing in the same room as experienced dancers, we have two Latin rooms each month!

 

Friday 17th September

'Hot Sexy Salsa'

It is the penultimate party before our next all day/night event. The daytime will comprise of 21 workshops from 17 teachers with many of them being world renowned. The evening party will have 4 more classes, x2 shows, 2 Latin dance rooms, multiple Latin DJ's and as it is Halloween it is fancy dress with quality prizes for the best costumes. There will even be a table magician present to keep you entertained between dances.

This month though we have Gary & Jayne coming down from Birmingham to take two top quality Salsa classes in the main Carter room. Many of you will already know them but for those of you that do not; they are renowned in the Midlands as top quality teachers, performers and choreographers. Their emphasis on teaching is to ensure a smooth solid technique and this is delivered within passionate lessons. This is your chance to see what you think of their classes as we have them back again next month teaching at our all day workshops!

Thursday Weekly Class

Starting Thursday 21st October 2010.

How about doing something that is designed to be fun and help increase your fitness whilst meeting new people?

We will teach you to dance the hot Latin dance that is Salsa!

In just eight short weeks we will teach you how to dance in partnership the; Mambo, Rumba, Back Steps, Walk Turn, Cross Body, Cross Body Lead with an Inside Turn and more...

Common excuses people give themselves for not attending: "I can't dance". My reply is always the same, "If you could dance you wouldn't need to attend the classes". Everyone is in the same boat on our beginners courses and we have a range of ages in the present class from 18-60. "I might/will miss a class(s) due to work or holidays". We even have that covered; just come along early upon your return and we will get one of our 5 instructors to give you one-one instruction ensuring you never fall behind. In fact anytime you feel you want one-one just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We do not go for the night club environment; we prefer the safer, more relaxed pace of teaching in a quality function room. Other benefits include; off road parking, cheaper bar and the friendliest group of people you will ever meet. If you don't believe us you are welcome to come and watch one night!

As a special offer, anybody registering to learn the 'lead' steps is entitled to a 50% discount on this course. That means you can attend an eight week course for just £22.50; you do the maths as to how much that costs per lesson!

Our next all day/night event is shaping up to be as popular as all the others.

Our aim is to provide quality, variety and value for money events. We hope to offer you another 21 daytime workshops from some of the country's top teachers.

As with all these things the timetable can not be finalised until closer to the day but here is an example of the kind of classes you can expect to find on offer: Cross body, Cuban, Rueda, Turns/spins, Dips/tricks, Ladies styling, Boogaloo, Dominican Salsa, Bachata, Shines, On2, Reggaeton and more .....
